Dr. Coleman is an Associate Attending Orthopedic Surgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery, the #1 orthopedic hospital in the United States, and holds a BA from Harvard, an MD from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, and a PhD in Microbiology from Oxford University. He uses his deep experience in joint, muscular, and connective tissue health to provide medical and scientific guidance in research and product development for the Copper Fit brand.

Dr. Coleman specializes in young, athletic patients and high-performance athletes, including professional players from the PGA, MLB (served as NY Mets Head Team Physician), and NFL.

Additionally, he holds multiple patents, has published dozens of orthopedics research studies in peer-reviewed journals, and teaches at Weil Cornell Medical College.
